cant connect to et servers

whats wrong? i cant connect, i can get a server list in ase, but i cant in et, nor can i connect to a server via ip or thru ase, it says awaiting connection, and im guessing it cant auth with the master server or something, because in rtcw thats the error it gives in console. this was fine forever until 2 days ago, now im craving et and i cant stand this. i can play any other games except et and rtcw

My guess would be its related to punkbuster…

Something that can realy help sometimes: add all the master server ips to your hosts file
