Can The Guys @ Splash Damage Define The Word Community?

is there more than one Splash Damage Community?

the reason I ask is because of the following statement:

"Postlethwaite noting that “so far, the reaction from the community has been really positive, and it’s a real boost for the guys in the office when they can join a server and see people playing the game and really getting into it”.

I have not seen a beta for the Quake Wars Community have you?

Just wondering whats going on? :suspicious:

there is a beta going on at the moment, prehaps "when they can join a server and see people playing the game and really getting into it” refers to ppl on the beta maybe?

here you can read the rest of the interview btw:

“We’ve had internal ET:QW playtests here at Splash Damage and at id Software and Activision for a couple of years now but it’s only when the community get their hands on it that you can balance and tweak,” he comments. “This is no small undertaking - ET:QW’s asymmetrical teams mean a lot more fun, but a lot more work.”

Right, because ‘the community’ MUST mean you guys, mustn’t it? This is a silly thread.
