Can someone help with this small prob please?

On some servers I keep getting this punkbuster message before being booted:

Cvar CL_Maxpackets (=15) should be inside 30-100

I’ve tried updating punkbuster using the manual PWEB prog but I still get this message.

Anyone know a cure?

Try typing “/cl_maxpackets xx” in the game, where ‘xx’ is a number from 30 to 100.

Thanks for the quick reply, I tried that but still goot booted…

I typed in the console:

cl_maxpackets (40)

Do I leave the “open close” brackets out?

Yes. And you need a / at the beginning of the line.
