We haven’t been able to play on our server for almost 2 weeks now and the problem seems to be tied to the fact that the update server is down.
Our GSP can’t fix it, we can’t fix it and we’d appreciate some help with this.

Speaking to the folks here, the auth server is up, and there are servers running:

it must still be a issue with your server

I guess the problem is indeed our soon-to-be-ex server provider, I just ran a local dedicated server and it got authenticated without any problems…
