Cain's Lair Full Version Server

Hi guys,

I just wanted to let folks here know that I am now running a Full Version ET Server.

My machine is a P4 3.06 with a DS-3 Connection. It is located in South Carolina, USA, with a backbone through Atlanta, Ga that should ping well all over the US (and perhaps playable in Europe).

Please drop by and check us out, when you have a chance. I just rebooted a few minutes ago, so it is probably 0/40 at the moment (a very sad sight indeed!!)…

I also noticed from the logs that it has crashed a few times recently. I run Serverdoc so if it crashes on you, it will restart in 8 seconds, just reconnect.

I’m also noticing here that other Server Admins are seeing some crashing issues. Hopefully this will get corrected for all of us very soon.

I’m a regular at Cains (when I can get on, even at 40 players its full) and welcome any SD forum junkies to stop by for a game or two. Cain is one of the few admins who makes daily changes to the server based on players opinions, such as upping the player count to 40 from its previous count of 30 or lowering the warmup time. With that kind of support from the guy in charge, its no wonder the server is always full. Also, the forums have some quality players who add greatly to the game experience, with gaming tips or troubleshooting help. Hope to see some fresh faces in the Lair soon.
