i am enjoying the game much more now.
i can go spec, i can play 3v3. i can try new stuff, i can do whatever i want without losing rank.
its perfect.
just for spam, i would like to tell you about the 2 most strange games i played till now:
1 - volcano, strogg side. (etqw pro, 5v5)
my team won. not a big surprise because we had pliscin and leshiy and 2 other good players which i dont remember anymore. as usual pliscin got most kills and i got most xp (no surprise here, hehehe). the big surprise was when i went to see how many kills i had: 0
2 - sewer, gdf side (vanilla, 5v5)
after losing previous map (canyon) i was not going to repeat the same mistake (objective whore always getting killed) so i decided to go medic, kill everybody, and hope someone else finish objectives. my team won and i got most kills in the end. however all my teammates had more xp than me.
all this crap to say something: xp based rank is unfair not only because of flyers/vehicles. a medic killing everybody and healing himself would not have proper credit because healing himself worths no xp. reviving teammates after they have been teamkilled worths no xp either. this mean kill/revive (which can be very usefull in some situations) is not accounted for xp also.
the idea of having a rank is nice. however dont ask me how it should be done because i have no idea (and already spent lots of time thinking about it). wins/defeats no good either, because teams are enough stacked already.

Strange game I had was yesterday when I say you’ll suffer from my nade spam and you told me it’ll be a 5 minute rush game on Lolcano, If I remember correctly you hacked the generator at 10:30 ^^ and planted on the gen at 19:30, then I decided to have a BBQ outside while watching you guyz struggle.

Sort of right topic, sort of not, meh. I checked my in-game stats to see how much I actually snipe and i have to say, i didn’t expect THAT bigger number…

btw, i didnt hack/blow anything. i tried to do it in the start of the map but quit after a few minutes.
then, i decided i was going to do the same thing my team did to me in the previous 2 maps (xp whore till the end).
