There is a bug that causes my game to freeze whenever i check either the Weapons Accuracy(Ctrl) screen or the Personal Stats(Alt) screen, and sometimes when i click both at once. It doesnt happen every time, but it happens fairly often.

Yes, I’ve had this problem several times. Sometimes in limbo I will hit ctrl, alt and tab in rapid succesion trying to quickly assess my status. It seems that pressing a combination of these keys too quickly will cause the game to crash (probably more related to your PC than to the game itself) but Ive since learned to hit these keys slowly and take a second between each one. Havnt had the problem again.
