Why when maning a tank mg, when you are killed, you get no chance for a revive?

Another one I am curious about is that when you are a certian level med you spawn with 2 nades but after you use 1 of them you can not hold 2 at a time till you respawn again with 2. Now this one sounds more like a bug.
