An update that fix the lags great! But we also need an update that fix “freeze” esp. on Xbox 360. Please fix this as soon as possible!

That’s your Xbox’s fault dude. Delete any modified files along with anything you’re just not using on your hard drive then clear your cache. That should fix it. Mine used to freeze every day. I had too many videos updates downloads and random files on there. And a modified character from borderlands that a friend had been using from willow.

Where is the Multiplayer lobby. I have lots of friends and we wanna pick sides and battle. I would think that this would be a basic need for all mp games.Haven’t heard any response to this very popular complaint this is ruining this game for me and everyone I know who got it

Yeah we need “standard” MP lobbies for 360 and PS3. We don’t get the server browser like PC guys to, its just totally random with no way to guarantee your buds a spot.

Its a pretty big unified cry from the public though, everyone agrees.

Xbox users: If you haven’t installed Brink you need to. Fixes all the hiccups and freezes. You should really install any game you plan on competing online in.

“COD made the fps genre what it is today”? what? i started of playing CS and 1.6 etc than to Battlefield series, u know what the difference between cod and these classic games are? cod is noob friendly, u just point and spray with no recoil. thus it has a wider market range, coz little 6 year old can hold down the button and get kills. COD most of the time doesnt involve any team work, just run and gun. I dont find how COD has contributed to any of the successful FPS genre games. other than introducing a single player campaign.

LOL I would love to start another thread about how bad this game is but instead I’ll start tagging on to existing posts… its bad… free DLC most likely won’t satisfy anyone… trade in value is only 23$ so “us” as the consumer lose no matter what.

How about tweaking the game so that the 50% of people who bought it can load it, and the other 50% that can load it will be able to play without crippling bugs,

fix your broken game

addressing feedback in forums is nothing new that sd is doing, most competant devs do this, the difference is most devs also release games with some semblance of compatibility in the mainstream pc market

sounds like x-boxers are getting shafted too , so this was an all round horrible launch

i know some games are buggy at launch but ive never seen anything to this extent

its just pathetic

until i get my 50$ credit from steam,
call this a rant or a troll i dont care but i think s/d and bethesda need to know what a piss poor job theyve done in releasing this game

it could have been epic
if it worked for more than 50% of the pc users that bought it

Metacritic user reviews imply 2/3’s of the people can play it, and that it plays well enough for them to give it positive reviews. He’s butthurt it doesn’t work for him and being very vocal about it. maybe that was a bit of a rant but for paul wedgewood to make a statement to pc users telling them simply to update their drivers is insulting to gamers (yeah we didn’t check that first thing paul)

oh and in regards to metacritic, would that be the same metacritic that’s user review gave this a 6 out of 10 (and all bad reviews were tech based) because for them that is a horrible review and 2/3rds of users having no trouble (which i don’t believe anyway) is still only 66% of people who can actually play this…your bragging about those numbers?
even if thats true (which i doubt) those are horrible stats

I’d love for people to explain down to a T exactly what the problems are. Because Splash Damage cannot help you if everyone is demanding refunds instead of telling them exactly what the issues are. This company needs constructive feedback more then ever. Not more of the same.

Amazon is giving $31 dollars for trade-ins. Compare that with Black Ops which I sold back for $33 dollars in February. The value of this game is dropping like a rock. If you haven’t bought it, I’d wait six months and pick it up for twenty bucks and maybe they’ll have the lag fixed.

So instead of waiting for free DLC and the game to be fixed, you gave a store 30 bucks and only got to play the game for less than a week? OK well this is tiring but for your sake (you must be new to this forum) ill explain

all x box users from what i understand suffer from crippling lag (can’t comment so i dont know the full extent of other problems )

for alot of people the game wont load at all ,for ati users like me there are massive graphic glitches, sound bugs (no sound at all) problems with memory leaks , problems with game lobby etc etc etc (i really could go on if i wanted to)
for me personally i have the recommended specs that the steam store page asked for and it still doesn’t work

from the looks of things every series of ATI card is problematic and alot of nvidia issues as well

these are only the tip of the iceburg my friend

this had the makings of the next EPIC game…the devs delivered on all the gameplay promises they made, they just released it so unfinished,unpolished and buggy that according to the steam stats (numbers regarding player activity) the game is already in decline, which is sad because this could have been the next quake or tf2
