Activision has decided to give the 50,000 slots to bots instead. Since they can play 24/7, there’s now no need for human players.

depends on how good the bots are…
@topic: I’d say no, they should test the game online, not offline, since its made for online gaming.

Yes it depends on how good the bots are… if they are fun on not…
And yes, Quake Wars is a online game WITH bots. It looks like they are working hard on the bots. So I read in the interviews, and the bots can be used for online gaming as well.

If the beta is to test the server s at a higher capacity (its been said this was the aim of the beta) then its very unlikley that they will include bots.

seeing as they are testing update patches aswell to test their automatic downloader I bet bots will be put in a patch or something
