how to i get the bots to work on my etmain server if it is possible please tell me how

It’s not possible, those commands don’t work.
For bots you need to install a mod like omni-bot or bobot, etc…

they’re probably code from the days when this game actually had a single player, and was an expansion to RTCW.

Shadow, you need ftp access to do nearly anything you want, you’ll have to contact Server provider to add these things
btw, I’d use fritzbot on etmain over omni or bobot

haha i got another server with jaymod! its great only one question you know like it when you have a killing spree on etpub it says on screen who had longest killing spree like
map longest killing spree 999 shadow
this goes off every 30 seconds so lol any help would be great
