Which is the best mod/admin to contat regarding a name change here?
Also if by chance a mod does indeed read this thread then I was wondering if it would be possible to change my name from R_E_D_Q_U_E_E_N to just plain ol Redqueen.

Thats not an answer to the question, unless Re-Register the name is of a moderator or admin

Well then… Sorry… didnt realise you had asked the question… 
Rudie is the one afaik regarding the Forums but its too much hassle editing the DB directly or at least, in the long run, it aint really worth it. Just create a new account. Only thing that will change is your ‘posts ammount’… The old account will simply either be deleted due to inactivity (if boards setup right) or sit unused till noticed.

shouldnt be a big operation…this is phpbb2… admins can change user name…(as it appears)…but not the login name…
So yeah…u still have to login with R_E_D blababla …but it in forum…it would be…well what ever u want… (the name above ur avatar)

If you need anything like this doing, I’m probably the best person to contact (mostly because whoever else you ask will only ask me anyway, so it makes sense to save them the bother of passing the message on).
Please don’t hassle Rudie - I’m sure he’s got better things to do than change peoples names (he’s the website admin, not a forum moderator).
[edit: that said, we seem to have lost the ability to rename users on the forums after intergrating the forum users database with the main site. If your name is still R_E_ etc when you next post, let me know please. If you can’t post because I’ve broken your user by renaming it you’ll need to either register a new user, or just email me to let me know.]
