banned for no reason again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have had players leave in the lobby’s and the full team got banned i have had so many bans for nothing but now i got a major ban for nothing my pc crash to desktop i reloaded and relog onto the game as fast as i could now im a hardcore DB player have over 700 games on ranked But now i have a 16 hrs ban for what?? i rejoin the game!!! so i have had enough now this is why you dont have the player base ruined my night same as Saturday i got a 15 hr ban again for the same stuff i will be leaving the game now look for something else !

Can you get a support ticket? This seems like more of an individual issue​, rather than a widespread bug. One if the folks on SD should be able to help you out.

Hi mate ye so i contacted support and check what they said and this is why the player base is so bad for us all

Now why would they reply regarding a “permanent ban”?. And why did they mention “keeping the game cheat-free and fair”. Perhaps you wrote your support ticket wrong. If you had written regarding your PC issue, they might have understood you better.

how many times do you need to get d/c before you get a 16h ban?

perhaps if your connection/setup is consistently unreliable, you should stay off ranked?

so they dont disclose what apps caused your ban and they dont verify the app to make sure its legit

that scares me. if i update my anti virus or install a legit progam i could get banned because eac doesnt like the update and i have no recourse or any way to appeal the ban. 700+ hours countless events are lost because of a techicality. WTF!!!

also are u rank banned or perma banned for life of the game

So then is it 16h of go to sleep/school come home 16 hrs later and play or he needs to play pubs for 16 hr. I know ive had 30 min bans for droped conections and reconected last second of the game. E en though i rejoined at the end of match scene i still 30 min. But i just left the ranked party search screen up took shower ate dinner and went back to ranked lile it was nothing

hi all ok my internet is one of the fastest you can get i suffer no connection problems and have only ever crashed to desktop twice both times i made it back on DB in under a 1 min the 1st it happen there was no rejoin button 2nd time i rejoined and finished the entire game we won only to see i had a 16hr ban

and ty everyone for commenting like i said i have around 700 rank games and never left a game because i actually care for my fellow team mates even when there asshole lol when i first started db me and my wife was in the lobby and just before the game was due to start one of the opposite team left when we all left the game to start another all we all have 9 mins bans i have never left a game d/ced a game and not returned the bans i received was always due to someone else leaving thanks again everyone for your time

but seriously, ive had this too.
i got one of those dirty bomb crash and then after i reconnected and finished the game i still get banned for a few hours.

never happened again to me tho

lol hi mate ye was bank holiday weekend so really messed it up for me 16hrs on the sat and i was wrong it was actual been 24 hrs on Sunday so been really mad tbh been trying to collect boxes and its cost me some good play time thanks for commenting buddy all the best mate

they looked at your support ticket, likely you phrased your initial complaint poorly, but they did answer. They will not normally talk about bans in the forum
