i have had players leave in the lobby’s and the full team got banned i have had so many bans for nothing but now i got a major ban for nothing my pc crash to desktop i reloaded and relog onto the game as fast as i could now im a hardcore DB player have over 700 games on ranked But now i have a 16 hrs ban for what?? i rejoin the game!!! so i have had enough now this is why you dont have the player base ruined my night same as Saturday i got a 15 hr ban again for the same stuff i will be leaving the game now look for something else !

now its ok players thinking what you moaning about problem is this was a back holiday weekend were i could play without any problems my Time i got ban twice sat 16hr ban and sun it was a 24 hrs ban at first i thought it was another 16 but it worked out to be 24hrs so ye im dam pissed off as i did zero wrong at all

At first look, like I stated, this seems like you are talking about having been perma banned (again) and keep making new accounts and keep getting banned.

So yeah, I stand by what I said. If you don’t like it that’s fine, but be clear with what you write right from the get go, I should know what you are talking about from the title without having to read your whole post.

Same goes with your reply back from support, their reply almost seems like a reply one would get from getting perma-banned, and not from a temp-ban that only lasts 16 hours.

They wouldn’t tell you to stop cheating if you were to come back in the future if it were only a temp ban, that is an obvious response to a perma-ban.

Also, “Major Ban” is not a term, it is a temp-ban, just a longer one than normal.
A Major Ban, would suggest a perma-ban, as that would be major.

It looks like you’re referring to two different types of ban. One which is competitive cooldown which players receive when they leave a match in-progress or in the pre-lobby, and the other is when non-allowed programs are detected (cheats). These two are not connected in the slightest and you cannot receive a permanent ban just by leaving matches.

We know this. The issue is in him not getting the proper support when contacting support.
He tells them he got a temp ban, and keeps getting temp bans and support tells him to stop cheating.

So support didn’t respond to his issue correctly, my point however is he has probably confused support (and everyone else it seems) because of the way he is portraying his issue, and the terms he is using.

there is no way for support to help him, there is no way for the game to know if he had a hissy fit and rage quit or his cat chewed through the power cord, disconnections can be mean to online gamers, I’m sure there’s a therapy group for the extreme downfallen

i told steel storm that they had banned me wrongly and i lost my bank holiday and i should be refunded some points for the boxes that i lost dew to losing a weekends play his reply is Golden

CORRECT man thanks so much brother yes i was banned 1st time i have ever lost connection to DB i rejoined within 1 min the game had not even started yet we was on warm up i made it back probably 1 min later finshed the game we won i had a 16hr ban and 2nd time i rejoined to find no resume button and i got banned for 24 hrs my steam name is England’s i have a bulldog pic with a British flag in the last 700 ranked games i have never left one up to the 2 crashes i have good hrs on DB they have just been shocking to talk to and now even making up lies.but thank you for not nit picking my post and being honest P.S im not perm banned no these was Temp bans but DB called them Major Bans

From that response it looks like people have been reporting you in game under “offensive behaviour” and SD has acted on this by giving you a temp ban from ranked. They’ll be able to access the chat logs from the games you’ve been reported in and it looks like you’ve been a bit of a d*ck…
