Modding ETQW / Playing Brink, I may play a few rounds of ETQW if I’m bored but I’d prefer to play Brink.

I think I will go back to ETQW. Already bored of Brink tbh. The game takes no shooting skill whatsoever. It’s currently all about frags only and they depend on how buffed everybody is. I don’t consider buffing as a kind of teamplay I enjoy most.

im preparing complete brink guide. with “how to” articles about smart tricks. detailed map descriptions and so on. it will be like study material, really it will be huge. i will give to brink second chance.

I will be playing both. I still like the fast paced action of ET:QW.

But I’m waiting on the patch for Brink. To many gamebreaking things in Brink atm.
Hopefully the patch will fix many things this week. And will give a new beginning to Brink…

on average, i last about 2 maps on Brink before i leave and head straight over ETQW…

Temporary:

Only 30.43% of ETQW players are playing Brink.
From this number, 57% are waiting for Brink DLC,

sad numbers!

that means, 13.08% of ETQW players are satisfied with Brink as it is now

I am waiting for a games developer conference talk from any sd attendees. something is surely up with brink and doesn’t feel how sd would have made it if they were to make it completely in line with their intentions. could be just me but i think we will get some bombshells as soon as their employees get the chance to open up. right now i feel kinda bad for them. having met a game designer and programmer or two i understand it’s tough job and after having worked ridiculously long hours for certain phases of the game development you then have the option to subject yourself to allegations of laziness from forum posters :smiley:

We are gonna have a round of ETQW tonight, on the Love Shack. I will give Brink a chance, but in my heart I’ma Technician. Hoping the DLC will be good.

my advice: stop playing ETQW and any other games. Wait month or so. Then start with Brink.
My focus is only site. No time for game:) i hope i will finish map guides today.

btw how to challenges is finished:)

I play both 2. I just hope that we can get somekind moding tool for Brink. I have a few good ideas already :wink:
