Awaiting Connection

Hey guys n girls, im having a few probs with ET :banghead: i cant connect to my clan server :angry: and ive asked admin and they reckon its all A ok i cant connect to anyother server either ive tried through patherfinder, i also seem to be having the same problem with rtcw aswell so i was wondering if any of u guys had any ideas? :moo:

If you have a firewall/router set it so the port 27960 is open.
Or if the server is run on a different port then open that.

its still the same if i turn the firewall off

Has your ISP blocked certain ports or is the windows built in firewall still switched on?

found the firewall tis off, as for my isp the bloke ont he phone was about as much use a chocolate fireguard ill try them again l8r hopefully i might not get the noob dunno y they have to f**k with it if they did lol

Also, is any software on your computer occupying ports?
Such as a webserver or anything else.

nope not that i know of i just game and chat on it really i woudlent mind if i had dun summin or installed some newhardware software but nothing :frowning:
