Just wanted to say how sad it is that some ppl just ban and kick randomly.
@Fightclub it is a well known fact, and I guess Killers and LaMafia doing the same now
Now that there are not many people left playing quakewars it’s really annoying when you only
got 5 EU Servers to play on and are banned on 3 of them. It’s not just me, i heard it from many
ppl and see it over and over again.
I don’t want to whine or anything, I just wanna say **** OFF you retarded Admins who act
like Children(maybe they are) and get some skill.
You are the most pathetic players in videogames I have ever encountered.

Im banned from Fight Club, keep getting kicked from Killers and sometimes get “F**KING HACKER” (in a polish accent) screamed down the mic at me on [L_M]. I just mute people locally now, so i don’t have to hear their complains and stuffs.

Banned for hacking on those servers, too. They’re just a couple of friends waiting for the statspage to update to prove they’re really good, I’m guessing.

Lol, I’m banned from KILLERS too (but who’s not?) and got kicked from F.C and L_M but there’s still servers where to play like Villa, OhMyStrogg, OCB, STU, Q24, and many others.

People use to wait for free slots on the 2 or 3 running servers but I’ve already noticed that if you connect on an empty servers, a crowd of players waiting somewhere else will join you. Try it sometimes!

Mmmm what, I’ve been banned once in my long list of hours played, I think I’m not good enough :’( (or or or it’s because I never play seriously and love to roll people over with huskies? Lets say that to keep my ego intact)

I hate getting killed by the same player too often myself and bans are a good way of getting rid of them. You want a positive experience from playing a game and getting killed too often spoils the fun.

We’re offering free bans on our server atm. If you think you’re good enough, just post your in-game nick, we’ll ban you and you’ll have something to add to your resume.

Seriously: you probably know what the bad servers are, why join them in the first place?

got banned on killers server, kicked from la_mafia for “speedhacking” and from UBC server they told me to quit because they did demo and they will decide if it was aimbot or not

I argee 100% and i feel your pain, (a little off topic, and kind of in the past) but crazy uberego admins are partly why their arent many players anymore, the worst was Cronkllr’s den, they banned anyone who killed over 50 in a map,they kicked and banned noobs too.(which frustrated me to no end, cuz now ETQW could use those countless players that they banned)

Been there done that, hard to populate a non ranked server, even with vet :rolleyes: and I was also too lazy to “launch” the server and invite friends… Maybe I’ll rent another one soon.

Ban at UBC doesnt count. They banned me on Outskirt because i was Technician and was flying the tormentor while the MCP stage. They said, as Tech its my task to revive and heal players, and the fact that i was flying they said, im not a teamplayer. I bet the uberadminboss McNight or what is name is/was was pissed cause he didnt manage to kill me

Surely one of the great things about dedicated servers is that like-minded people can compete together with players of similar skill, ping, or other interest.
If you don’t like how the people who pay the bills are running the server, just set up your own. It’s not like it costs a lot to rent a server, then you can admin however you like.

Or, as Snotling says, just idle on an empty server for 20mins and it’ll probably become full.

Easier said than done with the size of the community that is left. Possible in ET still, you have your Pro pubs still and all your Jaymod and NQ mod servers. ET:QW you’re pretty much stuffed.
