Development has ended but the game is still live, as long as there’s enough players to warrant keeping the servers alive then the game won’t be shutting down.

Daily CCU peak is about 500 - 800 players just now. If you’re in the EU then you’ll definitely get a game, there’s always people on servers to play with even if it’s not a huge amount.
