Anyone else still not getting the free Expert Case today?
Another 3 matches played, still no expert case drop today. I think I won’t get one.

Ok, guys, following @RazielWarmonic suggestion I contacted nexon customer support and this is what they told me: I received the case, but I didn’t even know about it.
After a match, while still in lobby, I got a notification telling me that I have a new “equipment case”. This is a standard notification whenever you drop a standard case. I quick-opened it and got bronze phantom card. I thought I was just lucky, but it seems this wasn’t standard equipment case, but expert case, even though it said I have a new “equipment case”.
Considering the fact that only standard cases are actually called “equipment cases” in contrast to “expert” and “elite” cases, I think this is a bug. So I call @NxA_Noxie

Phew, I’m just glad you got it!
Yes, if you attain your Elite Case it isnt show at the end of the game like normal cases and isnt even shown at the notifications in your barracks. (The red number indicating that you got something) However, it still is there and i got mine after the first game of the day after the daily reset which hits at 10AM UTC+0.
If I’m not wrong, it’s 5.14pm PDT now.

Well, my friend received the case while I still don’t have it, nice job again SD, just like trinkets event.

Daily win and Casedrop will reset in 7 hours and 30 minutes. If you havent received one within the last 16:30 hours then something is indeed wrong with your account.
They got the times mixed up a little stating it will reset at 0:00 UTC+1 along with daily win/play mods but these actually reset at 10AM UTC+1.
PS:When i played shortly after daily reset at ~10:15AM UTC+1 i instantly got a elite case, so for me it works.

I got 2 cases already. Was just confused because I wanted to finish it right after the reset Raziel told us right there and didn’t get it. Good to know the official info about 5pm PDT isn’t quite right.
Got a case yesterday, first match, around 6pm pst. No case all day today.
Edit: I submitted a ticket.
Also does anyone remember if they got a normal case from their first match of the day, with/without getting an elite case? I got my case yesterday from my first match. My first match today I got a normal case and didn’t receive an elite case all day.
I haven’t received a single expert case that I know of. I’ve been playing every day. Not a very satisfying experience to see this kind of thing happen to me almost every event… I sent a support request, we shall see.
@RazielWarmonic @stayfreshshoe does the case reset at 1:00 (UTC+1) or at daily reset (daily win and play) ??
You get it after the first match and you can open it in lobby with Quick Open function. You have must thought it was a regular equipment case.
I finally dropped it after the fourth game. It reset at 1:00 (UTC+1), I can confirm that but it’s bugged, and I can confirm that too.
I never dropped it after the first game.
LOL I got a cobalt stoker from the combined expert case. I don’t even have stoker so RIP my 2nd cobalt ever from a free case first one was from a equipment case 2nd is right now
