Played since the update, closed steam and game, opened it, played dozens of games and still nothing :confused:

/edit just tried it, “Quick Play” has nothing to do with it. Still not working for me.

I’m from the EU too and didn’t get any cases, not even an equipment case and I’ve played more than 3 complete matches.

I got my case yesterday, but after playing 3 games in a row, I didn’t get any today.

Yesterday I had to play a few games to get a notification (not after a match, just in general at the menu), only had to play one match today. I got a Dreiss Katana loadout for Kira and a meh Sparks Cobalt which I traded in with a crappy BR-16 Skyhammer cobalt to get a decent Dreiss Kukri loadout for Red Eye.

I was, it was traded in for a Red Eye cobalt.

The Expert case restarts at 5pm PDT each day, so it’s possible you got your case for today yesterday.

5pm PDT is 1am UTC+1, and 10am UTC+10 for reference. :smile:

That’s odd. Both days, I’ve only played one game and got both cases. Which where crap bronzes anyway.

I got three shotgun suspect proxy during the event and two shotgun on the culprit and obsidian and a cobalt R22 from an equipement case during the event too.

Now am I the choosen one ?

That doesn’t explain why some, like me, playing all day long for both days and still didn’t get ANY case.
