What advantage does proning give you again? I never understood the harm, except that it throws off someone unsuspecting…

Not much…but when you proned in ETMain your hitbox instantaneously went to its prone position leaving people shooting at the model which takes .5 to 1 second to complete the manouveur. Overrated problem really.
