Anti Cheat kicks a little too often

I played after the maintenance with a friend of mine to take a look at the changes. While we were playing my friend got kicked for game violation. A few rounds later the same happened to me. It caused my game to close. We both are fair players and don’t even use any cheat programm. I hope the staff could take a look at this issue and take care of it.
Sidepoint, camera floats when trying to respawn when pressing spacebar, losing several more seconds per respawn.

It says in the patch notes to be patient. They are going to have some issues with it at launch due to the nature of the beast. I’m sure they will be quick to adjust any issues or weird false positives.

I just want to know if it bans permanently for things it shouldn’t like Xigncode did. Posted this in like 6 places already, no real answer yet. I’m more than happy for it to kick me/refuse to start the game as long as whatever it doesn’t like is running. That’s fine, I can close them. But if it bans me I swear to god I’ll fuck someone up.

Tfw Twitch’s routing to Australia in the last couple of years makes streams unwatchable most of the time no matter the bandwidth.

Apparently it crashes sometimes and once it stops running you get kicked. I wouldn’t worry about it.

Same here, booted for game security violation. Not sure if it is the firewall blocking it or what but worked fine before the Nexon stuff was added.

Also, when rejoining I can’t fire, melee or anything. Even mortar does no damage making it impossible to play.

Check your keybinds. If they came undone, then rebind them.

and it seems to work well, when i see how many complain about being kicked because of sec.violation. A good day for this game though.

Got my first kick right now… annoying. but i hop the new cheat system will make it. good to have those important changes now ingame… just fix the bugs please :slight_smile:

I played a few game with fragger to try out the LMG buff and got accused of cheating in all of them and for the first time ever I got vote kicked. Even though a new system is in play people still seem to be paranoid of a better than average player. Glad the anti-cheat was implemented though, I can finally try comp out without worrying about the games being infested with ‘hackers’. I wasn’t expecting the new AC for a while but was more than happy when I seen it was coming today. Thank you SD for rushing it along, faith in humanity restored.

After reading the patch notes on the update today I jumped into a match and after only a few minutes of playing I was kicked for a game security violation…I didn’t have any programs running in the background and I know that the anti-cheat is a work in progress but this won’t get me banned will it? I would rather stop playing for awhile a wait for some of the bugs to get worked out before playing again if there is a chance of being wrongfully banned.

No, but only because I’m too scared to play in case the new AC bans me for something it shouldn’t. Can we please get an official word on whether it bans you outright for running something on a blacklist like Xigncode did. My AHK scripts need to know.
