I want to launch new server however I want to set it based on public opinion analize I want to launch among ET players. I found one page that allowes to conctrust form and will that be ok if I post link to that questionnaire here? I would like to hear your opinion about your best server according to You…I will share results with everyone who likes.

Did the questionnaire, but it’s not really a good idea imo.
Not many people will do it and of the people that will do it, I don’t think their opinions will matter much.
This is my opinion on ET atm. only people playing it are people that have bad pc’s and can’t play better games.
Don’t have money for better games. Or have been playing it for a long time and already have a list of servers they prefer.
So if you want to fill a server then aim at the bad pc group. (That’s why no download servers are so popular)
If there was an adminmod that didn’t have any download at all it would be king lol. (well there is etmain, but it’s got bugs, not a lot of admin tools and very few features)
That also why most people use jaymod, it’s a popular mod so lots of people already have it and if they don’t it’s only a 7mb download.
This also explains why NQ isn’t that popular (Apart from the hitboxes)
Next thing you need is dedicated clan members or friends who will play on your server for a few hours a night and try and make the experience enjoyable for the rest, aka not stacking the teams with all good guys in 1 team and bad in the other.
The more of these you have the faster your server will become popular.
Then once your server is pretty much full for a reasonable amount of time you could consider adding something to it.
I’m not trying to sound like a know it all, but your questionnaire will probably be answered by the wrong public if you know what I mean 
Probably by the people that already have a server they like.
Also these are just opinions based on my observations while playing this game.
I reckon you’re exaggerating a bit with the present condition of ET. I think it isn’t really that bad however I will agree to most of your opinions and obesvetaions. I don’t really like Jaymod, for me this mod isn’t completly finished and well-considered, this is why I would rather go for Noquarter.
As for the analize, I am trying to seperate mirrors in different places so that to have opinions from different sectores. Yet I think this thing will be helpful, it’s always nice to hear what guys want to say…
