I would figure that the blue should be allied powerup and red should be axis powerup… cause generally the allies aren’t going to see the axis landmines… but naturally, retarded axis teammates will.

well teh colour shouldn’t really matter as once a teammate spots a mine flag he should generally try to avoid it or jump over it
