Well lets hope the hacking doesn’t get out of hand. The quickest way to lose players is to let hacking get out of hand.

All the game needs is:

  1. In-game reporting of hackers
  2. Enough moderators/GMs online to monitor and ban hackers
  3. Players who actually vote-kick hackers. Ive had obvious hackers on my team yet have had my teammates vote no when I initiate a kick. Some people are selfish and wont vote if it means they might not win the round.

Before Dirty Bomb, Warface was my free game of choice. Despite all the lag, weird hit detection, and lack of dedicated servers…I appreciated the in-game reporting system and how diligent players were to kick hackers.

Problem with 1) Still, after beggin for more than a month?, it doesn’t exist, yet.
Problem with 2) Probably nexon paid some money and first want’s some or all of it back, before invensting more in a BETA-state game
Problem with 3) Still beeing cojones… A few times I tried to votekick an obvious cheater, not even all of my team, surely beeing able to spec him and see it, voted yes. At least, if they saw the vote… Not sure on this. So either still bugged… see 1) or personal gain, probably in the days of kd/r, still something.

Why does the OP even start this thread? It is always the same from obvious DELETED. Denying, down playing, spreading misinformation, social engineering, etc etc.

Any fool who claims to have only “seen” 1 or 2 “hackers” in so many hours/years? LMFAO should immediately been taken as such. And then somehow these same fools are trying to say that reporting people for cheating is harmful? LOL.

Cheating in MP PC gaming is a HUGE business and problem. EOS.

I was playing against a guy recently who is a “Global Elite” player (his words) in CSGO and had a stream of 200 or so watching him including myself. I randomly got on his server and was on the other team against him and his friends. I then proceeded to get called a toggler/aimbotter etc. who was pre-firing with the whole chat hating on me and the game.

“Haccusations” are definitely a real thing in this game and even people who are supposed to be good at FPS games do it. Those people are just as bad as people who are actually cheating.

That’s where they’ve always been though where there’s incentive to hack(stroking an e-penis) And making people lose a competitive match makes them extremely angry so its candy for a griefer/troll.

I recall seeing 1 or 2 hackers in Casual and this was in closed beta.

Can you plz explain to me how these people are “just as bad as” people actually cheating? HMMM let me see now…would I rather play with someone who likes to type a lot (not really caring what he is saying ) versus a guy who can see through walls, no recoil, no spread, aimbot, map hack, no gravity, unlimited ammo, unlimited abilities, etc etc.

Yup those bad bad loud mouth people who actually play legit.

If you aren’t cheating then you should have nothing to worry about no matter how much someone “hackusates”? (is that even a word).

One kid on here saying 3rd party programs that help you “see better” shouldn’t get you banned…LMFAO…are you serious?

Second, you have no idea how many “hackers” there actual is. Because you personally have only “seen” 2 or 3 hackers makes me wonder one of 2 things. You either ignorant or have an alternative reason for trying to down play how much people cheat.

Time and time again it is confirmed by people who know ( or should know or think they know) what they are doing that there is way more people cheating than they thought possible once they fire up a hack themselves. EOS.

It doesn’t help when there is clearly lack of action by the devs/GMs when hackers are on playing. I reported a cheater and booya he is back in the game doing the same thing. Boasting he is in MLG, spamming airstrikes with no cooldowns and busting everyone’s head as he jump by. He even show off his “skills” in STEAM forums and made a post provoking a response which I’m certain will be full of negative remarks. Oh yeah he has 6 VAC bans (Anti-Cheating Software) on his account.

I think it is the norm with every shooting games. There bound to be a cheaters, the difference is that most games do have the following: An anti-cheat software, good vote-kick option, a good in-game report option and an actual GM. I feel like there is none found in this game.

Well the odds are that I get to meet him more than you since I play on the West side… in my experience there is 1000 of that name that I get to play with especially if “they” are not dealt with.
