Aimbot.....proof....

Was wondering if theres a program or somthing that you can run while in a game to show others you dont ahve aimbot. If not this program would be a great help for any programmers out there that would be interested, im sure it would be much appreciated… Because in the past week my clan has been accused of aimbotting at least 5 times. So I was wonderign if there is anything you can do to prove to people that there isnt an aimbot. I was thinking maybe a program that you could run in teh backrond and when a certain command is typed it scans your computer for processes running that would resemble an aimbot. I dont know too much about programming but i was wondering if this would be possible.

Technically, it’s not physically possible to prove 100% (if you’re anal) that somebody isn’t using an aimbot without physical access to their system (while they’re playing). You can prove the opposite quite easily.

If you get accussed, play on an ETPro 3.1 server that also has PunkBuster - if they STILL accuse you of running aimbots, they’re laying some pretty heavy accusations ( because you’re playing under 2 good anti-cheat schemes ).

If you have a not so good playstyle (not at the right places @ the right time, no steady vertical movement aim, dont listen to enviroment sounds, dont mention teammates) but you do have 2 times as maybe hs then kills, then it begins to get strange.

so uberaim has to go with a smart type of play imo.

See i was wondering if anyone that had any programming knowlegde would be abel to make a small program that would run in teh backround. and scan your computer on commandfor any programs that resemble a cheat, and tehn display it was a text message trhough console to all other players.

That’s what PB and ETPro does, and if people don’t trust those then why should they trust another program?
Sure they’re not perfect, but having a third anti-cheat solution wouldn’t prove that you’re not cheating either.

The best way to play in clan wars are on ETpro servers with the latest update of PB that way there is no way you can be cheating

Ofcourse it’s best to play clanwars on fully updated ETPro/PB servers with all appropriate settings, but there’s still a possibility to cheat as shown with some of the latest ‘caughts’ making use of pbscreenshots and demo’s.

most public players are different to clan players, because the ones that complain your cheating will get pissed and leave, these people dont get into good clans so in a clan match, no1 will get pissed and leave, besides its a clan match, you dont just walk out, if you do, well, thats just because its a crappy clan

There’s one simple solution to this problem: Play better than u shoot.

Bad teamplay does not in any way indicate that a great shooter is cheating, but shooting like a pro and moving like a newbie would make me a bit suspicious. I’ve only seen that once, and that guy had been caught by PB 3 times before on the same server…

also what about if some1 is really good at teamwork but uses an aimtbot to get his aim to be as good?

there are clans that share cheats between the members so if they train together they have good teamwork and there wallhack/aimbot and if they are clever enough they will be able to go on pb servers all the time with their cheats and never get detected

RAV3N, as Sauron stated, if u’re playing like a pro, moving like a pro and shooting like a pro, u’re always looking like a pro and not a cheater, even if u cheat. This topic is not about real cheating but preventing to be accused (no matter if it’s right or not).

Whenever I was accused of cheating (doesn’t happen that often, guess I am not good enough ) I simply invite the other guy to spec me all he wants, take a demo and than show it at a respected forum to get the opinion of some ppl who really know ET inside out.
And in clan wars: most leages demand that everybody records a demo, so just complain that the other team was cheating and they will be asked to send over their demos. Of course, if it turns out they weren’t cheating but just playing good you are the ass and will lose lots of reputation.
