after a while playing ET, the game constant freezes shortly

Hi,

I have a problem while playing ET. After a while the game begins to freeze in short moments.

I mean it like, that when you are running, the game freezes for half a second, than its normal again for a second, than again freezes for half a sec, normal for a sec … and so on.

Does anyone had that to ?

And then I have to turn my pc completely off, cause even when I turn of ET, my pc keeps doing that.

Yep I get that occasionally, there is a long thread on here which discusses possible causes - try lookign for that

I’m still getting the same problem as is stated here in this thread and whenever it happens I ask the rest of the players and at least one always replies yes they had the freeeze as well.

ive tried it…when i set the com_hunkmegs too high…

i got 512 mbram com_hunkmegs 190

if u got 256 set it to 90-100
