I have a question, does E.T have an Admin mod, to get remote access to the console of E.T on a linux server???

You can get your admin to type \rcon refereepassword something
When you are on the server you can type \ref something to get access to some menus such as muting and kicking players, changing maps, friendly fire on or off, etc. Just click esc -> referee or type \ref to see a list of commands in the console.

i don’t untherstand it:
i typ in the serverconsole:
\refereepassword test
\rcon refereepassword test
i go to the game
i typ in the console
\rconaddress 217.120.252.184:27960
\rconpassword test
\ref
but i get a messenger that say that ref is “0”, and there isn’t an refereemenu by pressing ESC

or you can use this Rcon Commander its easy you dont have to get on your server.
You can send commands to game servers and administer them remotely without having the game installed on the client system.

but i don’t untherstand ref, how can i set my self as a ref?? after setting a password?

you need to set a ref password first
add to your server.cfg
sets refereepassword “ugly”
now you should be able to login with
\ref ugly
thats all
