I know this is a pretty open question, but, Whats the highest accuracy that you could get in a good day in ET? All opinions welcome…

But with SMG usually 30%-45% depending on map and team (mostly around 35%).
it’s not a good judge of aim, tbh. higher accuracy generally means kneecap rage. a better measure of your shot would be headshot percentage. i.e., of the shots you landed, how many were headshots? HS per kill is less telling, since you could get a lot of headshots but not finish the kills, and thus have an inflated number. but if you’re not getting at LEAST one per kill, it’s a good sign you can’t shoot.
Also, different mods handle hits on dead (but not gibbed) bodies differently.
hmmmm, never looked, why bother, better question is what percentage map wins to map losses for your team

Depends a lot on the opposition and the map, but according to ouroboro I can’t shoot (most of the time).
It depends on so many factors, most importantly the weapon and your playing style and whether you gib or not. Accuracy means very little. And number of headshots as well. In the end, all that matters is if you win the map or not (at least for me, stat whores WILL have another opinion)
I agree with SB. I dont pay too much attention to accuracy … I take more pride in good teamplay and winning the map.
If I am a med who shoots sod all enemy all match but revives an engie so he can plant at the objective and win us the map then I’m a happy bunny …
I’d hate to think anyone would not get on an emplaced MG to provide vital covering fire for their team, just to preserve their precious personal accuracy score : )
accuracy is just a e-penis thing really, if you’re backing off after a 1v1 when neither of you died because you are both popping in and out of cover I prefer to shoot a few warning/lotto shots off in the direction he is hiding incase he comes out of cover… prefer to do that and loose accuracy than for him to pop out and shoot straight away and get that vital shot
:lol: saw a guy sneak into second axis spawn in goldrush with mortar, chuck a nade as they spawned, then fired mortar shell into wall, smoked everyone, it was pretty funny, but I still kicked him to spec for a bit
so far, i manage to maintain a avg of 34%… on a good day( no network lag), i can get acc of 49% !
by the way, you should ask something about the headshot thing… my headshot normally around 50%-75% of my kills (best 10Hs more due to my teammates steals my kill). i ever see some “pro” players getting HS twice as many as the kills. IS IT POSSIBLE to get such HS ratio on internet server and no LAN NETWORK???
yes. like i said, hs/kills doesn’t represent much, due to “kill stealers”. hs/shots landed is a better personal measure. “pro” players get lots of headshots because they are “pro”. smg fights in this game are all about headshots. they made a head box and gave it more damage for a reason. that’s where you’re supposed to aim. doing so means lower accuracy than somebody who tracks well but gets belly shots, but it’s still the wiser practice. it’s also about who your shooting at. i’m sure i could join an unpatched etmain server full of people who just downloaded the game, aim at their waist and manage >50% acc. but try it against an alpha/invite team while aiming for the head. big difference.
