About Rank Servers

Hi. I am from Argentina and in our server games online (cerolag.com) we have intentions to rent an oficial rank server to offer to our users the official service without having to depend on servers far from other countrys, which means to fight against eter to us stop problems ping.

As they are the considerations for the case that us can explain of official form people related to id software/splash damage to know like handling to us before this situation and not having to suffer just like it happened with the server of BF2 on the part of the politics implemented on the part of EA Games.

I don’t think there is a lot of information about ranked servers at this point. I think I remember reading that they will only be available through ‘trusted providers’. The other alternative is to host a non-ranked server. If you want your ISP to be evaluated for ranked servers, maybe you should send an email to someone who works for iD or Splash Damage recommending your ISP.

Creo que no hay mucha información con respecto a los servidores “ranked” hasta ahora. Creo que he visto que ellos serían disponibles sólo por medio de ‘proveedores de confianza’. Otro alternativo es establecer un servidor que no es “ranked”. Si usted desea que su Proveedor de Internet sea evaluado para ser un servidor “ranked”, quizás usted debe enviar un correo electrónico a alguien que trabaja en iD o Splash Damage para recomendar su Proveedor de Internet.

Our servers are to raks of Telecom Argentina, who is our provider, reason why the bandwidth that we offer to him to our users is amply ideal so that they have an pleasant moment online during his game.

One of the “trusted providers” (MyInternetServices) has slipped some info on the ranked server price and availability. Are you ready to pay that much?
But nevertheless the criteria used to select the trusted providers are indeed interesting.
