Sometimes when I have the flow, and I know beforehand where all close enemies will be in the next 4-5 seconds, I can shoot and run around corners, hitting them before they even fire one shot. When they lie there, on the ground, afterwards - especially if I had the luck and got clean headshots - , I think to myself: If anyone spectated me there, it must have looked as if I could see thru the walls!

Also a good set of headphone will allow you to hear where they are coming from and that can really help with being stealth…

I suggest taking pb screenshots and demos of the people who you suspect of cheating.
When I spec someone, as soon as they die it changes to another player, then I have to click through the enitre team to get back to that person, is there a way to just spec one person for more than a few seconds/minutes?

In the console:
/players -
Find the pid of the one you want to spec
-
Type:
/bind x follow <pid>
(Replace <pid> with the player id you want to follow.)
When the player dies you will switch to another, but just press the key you bound when he’s respawned.

in etpro 3.0 it now follows the person when they respawn without you clickign through… and also th1nk the shots I’m talking on railgun are ones where you cant see ANYTHING on the other side of the map yet they pull off a 3-4 shot kill … tho you probabaly havn’t seen it from your comment above ya’ll just have to imagen
