In two day’s it fall’s upon me to cook the family dinner, but I hate deboning a turkey, so this year I am going to do two frozen boneless roasts, one from Butterball, all white meat and another of dark meat. Almost 4 pounds of turkey… with smashed taters with milk and butter and gravy. And the most incredible stuffing I can make, riddled with sausage onions and celery… roasted til the top is all crunchy. Some cranberry sauce on the side… with an uncut loaf of soughdoh bread to deal with all that issue.
