I just finished cooking a 14.7 pound turkey I bought from a hutterite, very fresh. I made a ton of gravy, and this year I made my own cranberry sauce, keto with no real sugar… yay… I used lankanto… monk fruit sweetner, and roasted carrots on the side, and pan fried pierogies also, cheese and potato smothered in sauteed bacon and onion with sour cream on the side…
Oven roasted potatoes in cheese…
i’m pretty shure i cooked something else but i cannot remember… if the family want’s more food, they can cook it themselves… i’m done!
Oh, it was stuffing… I made a ton of stuffing, roasted in the oven with tons of onion, celery and pork sausage… I actually bought the wrong type of sausage a few day’s ago, it was maple flavored for breakfast, but I managed to find a chinese food store near me open today that had the plain pork ones…
and after 5 hour’s in the kitchen… i’m not hungry… =/
I’m sipping some budweiser, and later tonight i’ll have my dinner.
