had the problem that everytime i started ET the res was set to 800x600 so i had to set it to 1024x768 manually everytime!! after a reinstall the problem dissapeared and everything was fine ('til today)!!! after kicking me to the desktop for no reason the described problem appeared AGAIN!!! :disgust:
what’s the reason for this?? how can i solve it???
i had the idea to add a comand to my autoexec.cfg which sets the res at every start automatically, but i don’t know the var!!

i deleted the profile.pid and everything is fine now!! thx
what makes me wondering is: if this file is there for detecting crashes, why isn’t it deleted automatically when i klick on ‘exit game’ (session of et went fine without crashing -> no need for profile.pid)???
hey sd this bug is kinda obvious!!! why is it still present???
