Alright, we still got things to do. Starting with how many teams we got in total now.

Please only write your team down, if you are absolutely interesed in playing and if you are sure that you will attend!!! Your line-up doesn’t need to be complete!
“We would like to sign up, but I have to ask player X first.” or “We sign up maybe.” or “We sign up, but I can’t promise if all players will play later.” Doesn’t help at all! It’s a yes or no. Either you can play or not!
I make it simple: If you can’t play or got no team, don’t write in here!

When do sign-ups end? I had a bunch of guys excited to play and then we had a little lull, so I have to re-message all of them.

Well, this is not really a sign-up. It’s to see how many teams want to play at all. If this fails here and we won’t be able to get at least 8 teams, the cup won’t happen. I would give the community around 2 weeks.
The organiser wants to see if it’s worth the effort to spend time on organising all.

Maybe someone who stays in closer contact with some of the few pub clans EU/NA could try to contact them. I highly doubt any of them would play, but it’s worth a try.

ill delete my post after my questions are answered, how do i get hit beeps on my demo playback, so i know if im getting headshots or not… also can i fast forward, slow down, or even pause my demo while watching them, if i can may i please have the commands. thanks

If you guys tried draft style teams I bet you’d have a bigger turnout and more interesting games.

If there will be only 4 teams lets do a 1 day tournament. At least a short time of fun. Draft teams also an option imo, there are many guys without team who like to join.

I tell you how it works: If we are able to find at least 8 teams who really want to play, then I can show this thread to the guy who could organise a really awesome cup, even with prizes perhaps, twitch stream, proper shoutcasting etc. If not, this cup won’t happen.
Who would organise this 1 day tournament then? And I don’t think my team is motivated enough to play for “short time of fun”. Which leads to the question which other teams would be still up for such a small fun cup? Last draft cup I played, I was the only one talking in my team which got exhausting after a while. I don’t have anything against beginners, but my motivation for drafting is very low. Especially if it will be a 4on4 draft. (I don’t like 4on4 at all.)
