Probably community servers, which is very different.
Though personally I probably wouldn’t mind sitting in spectate if it meant I would get a player spot on a 5v5 pub server (assuming there would be limited numbers of these servers, or limited interest in playing on them).
Why don’t they just put in a a few servers with 5v5 just to gauge the interest? A couple servers in each region. It’s basically just a number tweak, literally takes 2 minutes (slightly longer for all the regions).
