10 map campaign

anyone out there know where i can find??(fyi I have 6 map)
I would really like to play all six maps intermingled with my Fav map
Gold Rush
Battery
Gold Rush
Radar
Gold Rush
RailGun
Gold Rush
Fuel Dump
Gold Rush
Oasis

& yes I am a confirmed Gold Rush Freak…Damn that map is so fine.
Luv clearing the overhead walkway going down the Ladder, out the door down the stairs, blast some axis & up the back road to start again:))

If I already have a 6map pak & .cfg how do I convert to the above??

I tried putting the same map more than once in a campaign and the server crashes.

Anyone else have any ideas??
By the way do I just need to add the map cycle in the .CFG or does it need to be done in the PAK file(assume not as its already in there). If its the .cfg can u/anyone post how u did it so I can take a look??
I checked out ND80’s but its all Irish to me (assumed you replace REPEAT with the map cycle u want but not sure???).

There are people running 10 map campaigns out there, I suggest you join one of those servers and autodownload the .pk3 :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve seen 10 map campaign servers around. Never played on one yet though. Last time I saw one, I only had half an hour spare to play, so I figured it was pointless joining.

10 map servers would be great but only if you manage to start near the beginning of the campaign. I often find myself joining in the last few maps and trying in vain to fight people who have 800+ XP. I only bother staying on becuase i know if i do i get to start a fresh campaign soon but then everyone’s had enough by then and buggers off. Great idea though

Dear Christ! Why would you want to play a 10 map campaign?!? A six map campaign is bad enough. It takes no skill to max out several classes in that amount of time and my god the freaking spam is horrible and it’s so boring!

Thanks ND80 & SCDS_reyalP I already have the slicks 10, I just dont know how to change the rotation to what I listed in my first post

===Is it just a matter of editing the code in the pk3 .campaign file using winzip to open & notepad to edit??? I have tried this but dosen’t seem to work???
I must be doing something wrong any pointers?

Yeah, you should be able to make something exactly like what is in that pk3 with just the names changed around.

Make sure you also give the campaign and .pk3 file new names, and edit the description.

The .campaign file is just a text file, make sure you don’t save it as unicode or a wordpad document and you should be fine.

I’d like to have a server where the xp doesnt get reset after x maps. This way anyone who wanted could get to general if they spent enough time at it.

If I list more than 10 map names in the .pk3 file, the game will crash when it tries to load the list.

Is there any way around the 10 map per campaign cap?

No, 10 is the max.
