1.5 update Error

I’m not sure if i posted in the right section. But i just had to ask.

so basically i found this game today and it looked pretty sick so i downloaded it. First i downloaded the demo 2.0 then i downloaded the 1.5 update. After downloading & Installing the demo 2.0 , i started to install the 1.5 update. But after i choose the folder in which i want it to be installed it says “Please specify where the quake wars is installed” but i’m choosing the correct folder , the same exact folder where i installed the demo 2.0.

So , Does anyone have any idea what went wrong?

The 1.5 patch is for the full game, not the demo.

damn right, if you lucky you can buy it at amazon for £3.50, £6 on a bad day

king_troll is right, you can get a cd key for the full game (and the nice shiny box) for $5 - $10 easy on amazon or ebay. a handful of other little sites have it stocked and dirt cheap too
