Your preferred gun sights/scopes?

All the available top attachments are:
Standard Iron Sights

  • Default iron sights on the gun
    Adjusted Iron Sights
  • Standard Iron Sights without a zoom
    YeoTek Red Dot Sight
    D-Flex Red Dot Sight
    C-U-Gone Red Dot Sight

COGA Scope

  • Gives a small zoom
    Greeneye Scope (you can get this if you have the Spec Ops code)
  • Gives more zoom than COGA Scope
    Snoop-R Scope
  • The scope with most zoom

Now I’m asking for which do you prefer?

I know not every gun has the same sights but just select the one you’re using on your gun right now.

My own observations:

  1. Adjusted Iron Sights are actually usable on SMGs. It takes one or two games to get used to, kind of like trying new glasses on but then you benefit so much from it because you get to see your surroundings better and getting long range kills becomes easier as you don’t experience the recoil as much. I voted for this in the poll if anyone is interested :smiley: .
  2. Greeneye Scope: if you didn’t get the Spec Ops code, don’t worry, you didn’t lose much regarding the scopes. I tried testing this and it’s a little like COGA but in the end it’s full of **** because you can’t see anything while actually looking thru it.

I like the C-U-Gone Red Dot Sight with the yeotech and adjusted iron sights as a close second although I usually use adjusted iron sights more often

I am a big red dot sight fan. Can’t remember which one in particular I usually use as I am at work, but it’s the square shaped one that causes the least reduction in weapon stats.

I use adjusted iron sights as much as possible. For my Dragnov I used iron, though I wish it had adjusted iron available for it.

I really enjoy the Green eye scope I know everyone doesn’t have it so I’m going to say any red dot sight as well, iron sites work well for me on my side arms for close range, but I am a mid range to long range type fighter so short scopes or dotted sights do alot for me, especially being able to see the whole body of the individual because i generally aim for the mid section and moved upwards towards the heads.

P.S. the iron sights (adjusted iron sights as well) are very well done in this game and each is very unique, this is the only game i have ever been able to acuratley use iron sights in given I have astigmatisms in both eyes. so for that I love using iron sights on my secondary weapon in this game.

Bulpdaun with ais. I like to fire close in to the target.

Theres some other good combos but u have to experiment thats half the fun. Cough cough chiznor with silencer what what…

Was using red dot(iirc it was d-flex), but recently started using the painted black dot in the middle of my monitor(since the days of 3rd person etqw tanking) as a crosshair and turned weapon drawing off. I usually find iron sights very obstructing, but the red dot scopes aren’t much better. I require 100% visibility.

I always use the greeneye or adjusted iron sights. The greeneye gives the same zoom as the COGA but without blacking out the rest of the screen. Best scope in the game. If the gun doesn’t really get much of an accuracy boost from ADS, I just use the ais.

The one sight I don’t use is the first one which takes off more swap speed then the other 2 sights. Don’t know, why since I don’t think it is anymore effective.

Otherwise I usually go with iron sight on most guns.

I prefer:
adjusted iron sights for short range, yeotek for short-medium range and greeneye for medium-long range.

The greeneye does not gie more zoom that the COGA! it is just the same zoom but you have peripheral vision. I.E its like a COGA Zoom Red dot sight, so its like using C u Gone but with COGA zoom in the middle. its overpowered so i use it!

The difference is, the slower equip one uses up less of your screen, so you can see more. cos yeotek is thick and covers up the screen a lot, and c-U -gone covers very little and D-flex is middleish.

Wait it uses up less of your screen? From looking at the gun, it looks like the largest of the 3 sights.

No. it uses up less when ADS. cos the D-Flex i relativly thin yrotek is thick and c u gone is v-thin
