Your opinion on my loadouts?

Hi,
I have been watching a lot of streamers play db lately and I began to question my loadouts so I want to know if there are some things that would make you guys personally stay away from them or definitely use them. The mercs I use most often are Phantom and Vassili.

My Phantom one is silver and has
Blishlok - DE. 50 - Stilnotto Stiletto
Chopper - Springer - Quickdraw
I love the perks, hate the pistol, but my big concern is that he doesnt have a katana… is the katana what makes the class so effective when invisible, or does chopper make up for the damage given by the knife?

My Vassili is bronze and has
PDP (the semi auto) - Tolen MP - Combat knife
Bomb Squad - Quicklash - Untrackable
I know the perks dont really benefit the class that much, but I when I was low level this was the first class I got and I loved the weapon combination, but now I’m beginning to think that the bolt action sniper is better?

My opinions…

Best Phantom card: Kek-10/Katana with augments Chopper/Undercover. A higher melee damage augment and longer shield time is pretty much a must for him, I think.

Best Vassili is always any card with the MoA sniper rifle. It depends a bit on how you like to play… but most people prefer the MoA.
Best Vassili loadout card IMO: MoA/Smjuth & Whetsman .40 with augments unshakeable, focus, tough.
Second best: MoA/MP400 with Focus, Bomb Squad, Spares.
Just depends on your preference really.

I would say for phantom any set with the katana is all you really need, it does 90dmg on heavy attack and has long reach and a stupid amount of active frames on its attacks so even if you miss initial just turn towards them or keep running at them and you can still hit.

and what he said for vassili is pretty much spot on.
