I honestly donā€™t see how these playtime rewards are bad. I actually like the fact that Iā€™m guarunteed a prize for playing the game, even if it is just a little coal.

Iā€™m guessing the former is because the drop rate on the specific loadouts was inconsistant, which is going to happen again with the What the Dickens cases but at least the confirmed loadout case drop rate will be at least a week long rather than 3 days.

On the other hand people are complaining because it would mean taking time away from their families in Christmas, which usually is seen as more important than Thanksgiving.

no, i said that because 60 hours in a holiday requires me to play roughly 3.5 or so hours a day to get all the rewards, Iā€™m not saying thatā€™s bad, iā€™m saying 60 hours is excessive, 40 wouldā€™ve been just fine.
and iā€™m saying instead of focusing on cosmetics (and iā€™m being unfair here i know) you should look to balance things that are holding back db from being competitively viable.

the business plan with the cases is like, give us money so thereā€™s a whatever chance you might get a special card and then that card can be anything for any char which makes it so youā€™ll spend money to get a special skin for a char you donā€™t like / bad augments and you have no way of turning these into things you might remotely like. (i.e. trade in)

A way they couldā€™ve done was for you to select 3 mercs and itā€™d give you a good card for one of em, with cards like these, it should be like that. cobalts can be traded in, these cant.

Also iā€™m bitching about it cause iā€™m butthurt from rhinoā€™s huge mg.
