You know what would be funny?

If Aura used a whip to get people up.

Okay, jokes aside, what if Phoenix revived people using his nanomachines instead of standard defibs? Like, a magenta glow around his hand with a timer, similar to a healing pulse, but when he unleashes it he does a “rise from your grave” animation, like some kind of necromancer.

But still acting like a standard defibrillator in terms of performance.

that would be actually cool feature!

I opened this thread because I’d like to see separate revive animations for each of the medics. Defibrillators seems like a quick cop-out for instant revives. In real life, they should only be used when the heart rate of the patient is too high, and the defibrillators are made to calm that down.

I don’t know whether Sawbonez or Aura could have different revive animations though. Sawbonez seems like the straight man and therefore could use a different animation, but the name also says something unethical, or brutal, in terms of his history with the practice. He might value efficiency too much to consider the chance of him killing his comrades in the process of saving them.

Meanwhile Aura seems like the script kiddie (she did just leave medical school) of the medical world. She only has the revive station because she can hustle quickly with it on her back. This might result in her using defibs to revive people, but also it might result in her using different technology than defibs to the same end.

Funny ? I don’t know. But it’s an addition that I wouldn’t mind. Seeing different revive tools for each medic (but with the same effect of course) could be a cool thing.
