Go for the one with the best odds of a good loadout. For example Sparks has one clearly superior loadout, so probably not her. Proxy has more loadouts that are acceptable. But with mercs with clear top cards, (Sparks, Fragger, Vassili, Rhino) the odds of you not being satisfied are higher.

Gotta go with Fragger, at first I didn’t think I would like him but now he’s one of my favourites… and that is due to both his abilities/weapons and his personality, he’s just a funny geeky guy and I love that about him.

Yeah, when you can’t decide, always go for the merc with several good cards. Sparks is a bad one since she only has 1 awesome card (383 Companion)
