i had ntl for one year about 2 or 3 years ago. only used it for sky tv and phone, but they used to disconnect us all the time for no reason and then their customer services was always engaged so it was impossible to talk to anyone to sort it out. we often went without TV and phone for five or six days at a time. very very annoying. they even had the cheek to charge us for the time when we were disconnected. im not the only person i know who’s had these problems with NTL either. In fact your are the first person ive ever heard say anything good about NTL. anyway maybe they’ve sorted everything out but i would never ever go back to them not even if it was free. anyway rant over
