actually, im wondering how you make those original jumps??? do you just copy everything out of a decompiled version of the map? I always get missing brushes and when i try brush cleanup everything fucks up… also the textures are all fucked up…
or do you somehow get hold of the .map file?
Well 1st decompile the map, then look for your jump in the map and make a big box left (in the 2d view) so select the brushes. Then make a caulk box around it and delete or make the brushes smaller so they wont come out the caulk box. Then texture the caulkbox and compile for a test. Every brush (i think i had like 10 missing brushes in my whole map) that is missing you have to delete in radiant and build on your own, then they wont missing anymore. And as final just set the textures correct with the “S” button

didnt play it yet… i only have about 5 servers i regularly visit (trickjump servers) and havent seen it on there yet… and i dont like running around in a new trickjump map by myself as i tend to spend too much time figuring out how to do the jumps and ending up realising its like 3 in the morning xD
I took a look on splatterladder yesterday and it was on 3 servers.
And on |SuckMyPing|Trickjump 999 its already on for 3 days non stop. Well now its hankendless atm. Just vote for it
