As the title says, XignCode3 will either not load at all, or load about half way then disappear. For a few minutes, steam says I’m still playing and then returns to normal.
I’m running a Linux distro using Wine to play on steam. I’ve also tried running on Windows 7, but XignCode3 won’t even show up and the process sticks around in the background until I kill it with task manager.
So far I’ve tried verifying the cache, it’ll say that a file is missing and try to re-download it, which causes the directx setup to happen again when starting it up. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I’ve rebooted multiple times, and I’ve tried launching with the bare minimum processes but to no avail. Also worth noting is that I haven’t gotten any logs or errors to the best of my knowledge.
I’ve also got an older computer I’ve yet to try, and will likely try tonight.
My specs:
OS: Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS and/or Windows 7
Processor: AMD Phenom 9450e Quad Core
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 750Ti
RAM: 4GB
And to the best of my knowledge I’ve got the latest drivers.
Is there anything else I can try or am I out of luck for the time being?
