Xigncode Issue

I’ve a xigncode problem with steam, i’ve veryfied cache and reinstalled it. I don’t know what to do to play it, i’m just using steam when i open it and still “Loading…” for ever. thanks if anyone knows how to help me. The Xigncode number its - 0xE0190208
