Xigncode opens up and gives error 0xE0191009. I have allowed it though my firewall and my antivirus. I am not a new beta played I played in the last phase and no issues at all. I disabled MSI afterburner after reading that overlays can cause issues. Verified steam files, 165 failed to validate and they patched. Still nothing. Any Ideas?
