Had the game for 2 days, and it seems the only time i’m lagging bad, is after 23.00. I’ve had some bad games, dont get me wrong, it is an issue. However, I dont have to spend much time looking for a good game. (I’ve mostly played competetive, maybe thats the reason)

Edit: I do agree with bad matchmaking. Played against alot of the same people. Mostly germans, and I’m playing in Noryay… Strange…

Maybe you live in a rural area? I know last night, at 3 AM, I was playing with 1 guy from CA… for a specific Security Campaign on Hard, and I’m pretty impressed that there’s actually at least 1 person playing that late, that specific.

I remember how Left 4 Dead started out, Co-op was fine but Versus mode had some lag at a regular basis. But after the lag was sorted out, it started to build a solid fan-base and soon as you know it a sequel comes out.

Am not implying that there is going to be a sequel to Brink but if it’s taking the same route as Left 4 Dead then I don’t see why it wouldn’t have a good fan-base.

You’re getting matched up with people with a better connection usually that’s why you’re seeing the same gamertags. They probably live close enough that you all connect well and you keep ending up with them. You know you can prefer not to play with someone who plays the game like an idiot. There are plenty of people that call me a cheater because I kill them 9 times out of 10 so I tell them to hit the avoid button if they can’t handle it.

Your probably right although as for living close, most are European and not UK lol. It is great to play with an organized team, even if you do lose from time to time. Lost one game by 2 seconds hacking the terminal, even got the “hacking completed” message as the screen faded to black, class! Even if I did scream…
