Xbox 360 Lan capability?

there was a thread about it but never got a good answer from seeing the posts.

is there any? like with call of duty black ops, on lan everything is unlocked without doing any challenges, so its fair . so is there anything like that for brink so at a lan everyone can be on the same playing field and can customize how they want.
